Five week course
We are pleased to offer MAHM Members this opportunity to enhance your mothering skills.
Set over five weeks and commencing on 9th November, a five minute video link will be sent out each Monday morning with guidance for the week, followed up with a Thursday evening discussion group on Zoom (8-9pm).
A Facebook group will be set up for those subscribed to the course to ask questions during the week.

Week 1 - Stay a Happy Mama
Recognise the power in your choice to be at home, focussed on the mother and her wellbeing. It is well known that we can't pour from an empty cup, but it's natural for us to put family first...
Week 2 - Daily routines
Covering washing, cleaning, cooking and other duties - shopping, bills, etc!
Week 3 - Calendars
This involves organising the week and the whole family in one place so everything is easy to manage, update and amend as needed
Week 4 - Delegate / Automate
We go through the house and family life and see what can be delegated or automated to refine and streamline processes taking the weight off our Mamas!
Week 5 - Community
Steps to find a positive and supportive community - ways to get the support and interaction you need even in these restricted times (and tips on how to connect when we have our new normal).
